Dream Trip for First Time Cruisers
We have just returned from a wonderful Rome holiday/Regent Seven Seas cruise adventure that was designed and managed by Mona. Without the thorough planning and research by Mona, our special holiday would have been sadly lacking. Mona made sure, over several months prior to our departure , that our trip would be well organized and a real fun event for us to look forward to. We had many questions and Mona would always provide the answers within 1-2 days. She often, with her background and experience, informed us of the best sights to see for the Regent's side trip excursions, the most interesting activities for our land tour of Rome (including a great neighborhood hotel that saved us money), which side of the ship to have our cabin on, etc. Mona's input also helped us pick the best land tours (paid and unpaid) that made the most sense for us. Her substitution of Euro-Express to handle the land tours when Regent surprised us by cancelling their package, also worked out well...great save. Additionally, during the cruise (and thank goodness for e-mail) Mona located forgotten books at our Rome hotel and arranged their shipping to our home. The books were at our house when we arrived back in Texas.
We have only used their services for hotels and some packages within the US. We had no idea that this personalized service was available form their staff. Absolute wonderful outcome all around.

Our last vacation she planned was in May to Norway, Faroe Islands, Iceland--it was outstanding.
Everything was in place so we worried about nothing.
Our next trip is in 3 weeks to South Africa and then a cruise on Regent--again--there is no detail lacking in our trip--Mona covered absolutely everything.
